To facilitate individuals and organizations in accessing and utilizing content and materials for their entries, especially as the country prepares for a number of major political and external affairs events in August and September 2025, notably the series of activities marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2), the Steering Committee for External Relations Information , based on proposals from relevant agencies and individuals, has adjusted the timeline for the publication, release, announcement, and broadcast of entries in the mass media. The new timeframe extends from July 1, 2024, to the end of September 10, 2025. The deadline for submitting entries for the Awards is now extended to September 15, 2025.

The Awards Organizing Committee looks forward to continued support and active participation from central and local Party committees, ministries, sectors, as well as authors and groups of authors both at home and abroad.
