The Award will be presented to works/products in the categories: (1) print newspapers/magazines in Vietnamese language; (2) print newspapers/magazines in foreign languages; (3) radio broadcasts; (4) television broadcasts; (5) books; (6) photographs; (7) digital-multimedia products; (8) initiatives and products with external relations information value.

- Award Structure: 01 Special Prize (for all categories); 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 03 Third Prizes, and 05 Consolation Prizes for each category.

- The Award Council may decide on other forms of commendation for collectives/individuals who join and contribute actively (based on separate, specific criteria).

- The number of prizes will be determined by the Award Council, based on the actual quality and quantity of the submitted works/products.

- Prize Value:

Special Prize: VND 50,000,000 (Fifty million Vietnamese dong)

First Prize: VND 30,000,000 (Thirty million Vietnamese dong)

Second Prize: VND 20,000,000 (Twenty million Vietnamese dong)

Third Prize: VND 15,000,000 (Fifteen million Vietnamese dong)

Consolation Prize: VND 10,000,000 (Ten million Vietnamese dong)
